We are church that seeks out friendship – friendship with God, with one another, and with the larger world – a friendship grounded in the love Jesus offers to us. We are a place where convictions are strengthened, questions are welcomed, and doubts are pondered, a place where our lives find meaning and sustenance in our faith. This hit home with me. Bryce’s 2 brother’s were actually mean to him before he died and I am holding anger towards them. One has died since then. Not everyday day do I think about it but it is often enough. Maybe one day I can share with you in the future and you an help me through it.
